Grae Jay, LLC was founded by Graham Jaenicke, a strategy and growth executive who has spent his career at the intersection of rigorous analysis and real-world execution. Graham began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he partnered with Fortune 500 clients on strategic pricing, sales optimization, organizational design, and market entry — driving multimillion-dollar outcomes across industries.
After McKinsey, Graham took those skills in-house. At Snap One, he rose to VP of New Ventures, reporting directly to the CEO and contributing to the company's growth from $400M to over $1B in revenue. He launched a transformational new business line that achieved seven-figure ARR within three months, orchestrated cross-functional alignment across 200+ team members, and drove enterprise-wide go-to-market strategy.
